How is all the info accurate?
Brokers input most of the properties themselves. Some of the big firms provide us with a feed of information.

Is it only for Minnesota?
Right now we have listings in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North and South Dakota and Chicago. Our database is set up to go national, which we plan to do in the near future. In its current form, anyone can go in and add their property regardless of the state.

Why is it free?
In today’s economy we understand that times can be rough. We like to provide a service which gets owners/brokers as much publicity for their properties as possible.

Can I search or list a residential property?
We are strictly a commercial property database and the first one of our kind, which is why we grew tremendously since we started the company last year.

Can I post more than one picture?
Only by upgrading your account to one of the featured or premium upgrades can you add more pictures.

How do I delete listings?
The site is very user friendly and we are always looking for new ways to make it better. When looking at any of your listings simply select Not Active if you wish to remove the listing. It’s as simple as that.

What is the difference between free listings and premium?
With a premium listing you can add up to six pictures of the property and have your property come up higher in specific search parameters. On top of that you can have a direct link that goes straight to your website.

Can I link my website to my listing?
With a premium lisitng you can have a direct link that goes straight to your website.

Can I advertise on gofishcommercial.com?
We have plenty of sponsorship and advertising packages available which are all very aggressive and competitive. Please see our advertising page for more information.

Why do I get an error message of a duplicate listing when I try to list the same property for sale and lease or multiple office suites in the same office building?
It’s just another way for us to make sure our site is up to date and accurate. If you wish to list a building both for sale and lease or if you have more than one suite available for lease simply change something in the address (for example: Avenue to Ave. or St to Street).

Why can’t I type a number range or negotiable in the lease price box?
That is something that will be changed on the site. Like we said before we are always trying to look at new ways to improve the site. For now, if you have a min to max just enter the min and in the key features note there is a min and max.

How do I change my password after being assigned one by GoFish?
When managing your profile you can always add or change any information you like. All you need to do is enter and confirm your new password, then click save. It’s so easy even a kid can do it.

I see I have an account under 2 different email addresses. How do I consolidate all listings under one login name without having to retype any listings?

When logged into your account you can see a detailed list of how may people checked each individual property and how many days are left until the listing expires.
